In summary, after you download the software install package from the tssadmin.com site, you’ll then upload it to your z/OS system into a sequential dataset, and then perform a sequences of steps to unload the SAMPJCL library, configure the site parameters, and run a couple of batch jobs to create and initially load the libraries and datasets used by TSSadmin Express™.
